    Poor quality design and build. The outer layer separates from the inner Velcro layer within 6 months and the leash becomes useless. **UPDATE** the crew at Veia were super professional in their response and are sending me a replacement leash. Though the leash had the issue stated above it may have been just a one-off defect as I was assured that this is the first time they have seen this happen. Updating to 4-Stars based on quality of CS and will submit a review again after using the leash for 6months. Thanks Veia

    Sorry to hear this about your leash! We've sell lots of JJF Pro Leashes aroudn the world and have'nt heard this happen yet. From Hawaii's North Shore to cold Winters in Cape Town, South Africa we've had our team and customers rocking these leashes with no issues siunce we started just 2 years ago. Makes me thing your leash could have gotten snagged on something during use, transportation, or who knows what, causing the seams to rip.

    Regardless, we'd like to get you taken care of since this would fall under our Lifetime Warranty any manufacturer defect, please send over a warranty request at the link below so we can get a replacement over to you ASAP.
