VEIA Supplies offers domestic and international shipping options on all items including surf leashes, surfboard bags, traction/deck pads, and more. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the type of item.

All available shipping rates will be presented to you at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Duties, taxes & fees are not included in the final shipping price at checkout. The price presented at checkout is for the cost of delivery only. Customers are responsible for any further fees/duties/taxes on their order. The delivery service (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) you choose at checkout can differ from when the package is shipped. Our fulfillment center ships with the most affordable/fastest delivery service available and can differ from the one you choose.

VEIA Supplies has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

REQUEST A RETURN HERE 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number (link above will sign in to your order history).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund amount. If your order qualifies for free shipping, our standard shipping rate would be deducted from your order total if a return is made.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Contact us for any return question at support@veiasupplies.com.
