All VEIA products are backed by a lifetime warranty against any defects in workmanship or materials such as broken zippers/buckles, seam failures, etc. VEIA’s warranty covers any issue or failure that is not caused by abuse or neglect. If something isn’t covered, please reach out for a recommendation or arrangement of repair and our team will be happy to help.

VEIA Traction and Leash Warranty:

All VEIA traction and leashes are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials by VEIA's lifetime warranty.

This covers velcro, seams and general construction of the goods. All warranties will be reviewed by our staff and if deemed a warranty a replacement or repair will be provided.

The item you originally purchased is the only item under warranty. We are unable to replace items that were already issued as a previous warranty replacement.

VEIA Bags Warranty:

All VEIA bags are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials by VEIA's lifetime warranty. This covers zippers, seams and general construction of the bag. All warranties will be reviewed by our staff and if deemed a warranty, a replacement or repair will be provided.
