This warranty covers most anything that could go wrong out there that is not caused by abuse or neglect. Broken zipper? Pad torn off? Seam failure? All covered by our warranty and if we do see something that isn’t covered we will be sure to offer you a recommendation for a repair for a reasonable price wherever we can.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days in new/unused condition with the original packaging and tags for a replacement or full refund. All VEIA bags are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers zippers, seams and general construction of the bag. All warranties will be reviewed by our staff and if deemed a warranty a replacements or repair will be provided.
