If something isn’t covered please reach out for a recommendation or arrangement of repair.

VEIA Traction and Leash Warranty:
All VEIA traction and leashes are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials by VEIA's lifetime warranty.
This covers velcro, seams and general construction of the goods. All warranties will be reviewed by our staff and if deemed a warranty a replacement or repair will be provided. Shipping to VEIA is the responsibility of the purchaser and items will be returned/replaced via the same shipping service.
VEIA Bags Warranty:
All VEIA bags are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers zippers, seams and general construction of the bag. All warranties will be reviewed by our staff and if deemed a warranty a replacements or repair will be provided.
